Sunday, March 18, 2007 I'm Back!
Opps.. been a month of non-posting.. Too much to update honestly but shall try to summarize stuff. Started my attachment at Bendemeer Primary School. Have been assigned to teach P3 Sci, P4 English and P5 Math. Haven't been too bad, just trying to adjust to the kids and learning how to manage the class. Had a test of exam marking is like as well since we were roped in to help and learn. Also brought some classes out on their heritage tour to Little India and Kampong Glam. Hmm.. didn't know Kampong Glam was that interesting to shop and eat. As for my other job over at Prudential.. Well, i tendered my resignation a few days back as it is really near impossible for me to work with the tight schedule that i'm running on currently. Wakeboarding.. Well, had 2 uphappy sessions with Him due to my bad performance and well, it got the better of me in term of my attitude so feel kinda apologetic for my tempermental responses that day. But although I've been hanging around forum very frequently lately, it's really not the cuase for the change in my riding or anything. Just didn't like being wrongly accused in a way. Also got to know 2 new wakeboarding friends, Enhao and Andre. Arranged through forum for a session together on Terry's boat. Was cool since Fariz and Frankie came along so both and them and Terry could ride as well. Just ended the Term break week which was kinda packed with fun for me. First was Monday, Andre calling me at noon to go ride with him at 2pm with Larry of 1080. Haha.. 1st time away from Waketime and Terry or Jim. But dropped Terry an SMS to let him know. It was fun although I had a lot of face plants. But just proved a theory that i had.. my problem with riding and my toe-side was a mental one.. Him.. Just hope it will get better now that I know i must just try to relax and enjoy myself. Wednesday was BBQ night with the NIE gang where Isa bought a big Salmon fish (whole mind you!) wrapped it in newspaper and smoked it over the BBQ pit. LOL~ Had lots of great food and enjoyed ourselves. Was very tempted by the fact that we were super near the cableski park and had actually packed stuff along for just in case but too bad, nobody was free to ride. But couldn't resist the temptation to just pop over to take a look but it was almost closing time. Thursday. Guess my sms the night before tempted Andre enough to call me in the morning and asked if i was free to head down to cable... Haha~ and so we did! Enhao came along to kaypoh and watch before his boat session with Frankie. But ARGH! Just couldn't get up on the normal setup.. Dunno why leh.. Could do it on the easy-up boards instead.. Sigh~ But thanks to the friendly crew and regulars at ski360 for the help and chats! Friday. Was suppose to meet karen, Jinghan and gang for lunch at 1pm but only arrived past 2pm 'cos I had to rush my lesson plans for submission. Ended up having desserts at NYDC instead. But thanks peeps for taking the time out for me and the present. Not forgeting the card with a *erhem* bikini in it.. Yar~ i get your point.. Haha~ Then it was down to bugis to get my makeup done for the night. Had gotten the appointment earlier since I was already getting some stuff there and only had to topup for it. Then it was done to Loof for the celebrations.. Hehe~ Next post!
